📦 Orders & Customization
Q: Are all your products handcrafted?
Yes. Every product is personally handcrafted by Seema Seth and her studio team using premium materials and traditional decoupage techniques.
Q: Can I customize my order?
At this time, we do not offer personalization such as names, messages, or gift tags. Each piece is designed and finished as part of a carefully curated design process.
⏰ Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take?
We usually dispatch orders within 5–8 working days, though during peak seasons or for large orders, it may take up to 15–21 days.
Delivery timelines vary by location and courier partner, but are typically within 5–10 days after dispatch.
If you have a deadline in mind, feel free to reach out — we’ll always do our best to accommodate special requests.
Q: Do you offer express delivery?
We currently offer standard shipping. If your order is time-sensitive (e.g., a gift), please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
💳 Payments – Frequently Asked Questions
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major debit and credit cards, net banking, and wallets through our secure payment partner Razorpay.
2. Can I pay using UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)?
UPI support will be available soon! We’re working closely with our payment partner to enable UPI at the earliest. In the meantime, you can use card or net banking options at checkout.
3. Is online payment safe on your website?
Absolutely. All transactions on our site are securely processed via Razorpay, one of India’s leading payment gateways, with end-to-end encryption and bank-level security.
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Not at the moment. All our pieces are handcrafted on order or in limited batches, and prepaid orders help us manage production and shipping more efficiently.
5. My payment failed. What should I do?
Sometimes bank servers or UPI networks face temporary delays. We suggest:

If the amount was deducted but no order was placed, it will automatically be refunded within 5–7 working days.
6. Will I get a confirmation after payment?
Yes! You’ll receive an order confirmation email instantly after a successful payment. If you don’t receive it within 10 minutes, feel free to reach out.
